The state-run Airports Authority of India (AAI) has appointed PwC as a transaction advisor and will lead in the privatization of airport facilities on the public-private partnership (PPP) basis.
Civil Aviation Ministry (MoCA), the nodal Ministry responsible for the formulation of national policies and programmes for development and regulation of Civil Aviation and the head office of AAI, has circulated draft cabinet note that seeks comment from other ministries before submitting the final proposal for government's approval.
