African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) has acquired a 50% stake in an airport holding company Société d’Exploitation et de Gestion Aéroportuaires (SEGAP) for an undisclosed sum.
SEGAP holds interests in three concession companies which operate five airports in Cote D’Ivoire, Gabon and the Republic of the Congo. Egis Group owns the remaining 50% stake in the company.
This is AIIM's sixth investment on behalf of the AIIF3 fund.
