Apollo announced that funds managed by its affiliates (Apollo Funds) have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire United Living Group.
United Living delivers essential maintenance and construction services across three key areas: infrastructure, new homes, and property services. By revitalizing living spaces and communities, ensuring the reliable operation of utility assets, and partnering with major social housing and build-to-rent projects, United Living aims to improve access to affordable housing and critical services for underserved populations. The Apollo Impact platform seeks to generate positive social and/or environmental impact while achieving attractive risk-adjusted returns through private equity-like opportunities.
