I Squared Capital has announced that it has signed a definitive agreement, through its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, to acquire Rentco.
Rentco is expected to benefit from closer relationships with I Squared's global leasing platforms, such as FlexiVan, TIP Trailer Services, and Star Leasing. With this transaction, I Squared Capital's global transport and logistics portfolio is set to have more than 264,000 trailers or chassis, along with 14,423 workshops and 3,700 employees across 20 countries.
