Agreement between GEK TERNA and Latsco Family Office for acquisition of 10% stake in Attiki Odos

GEK TERNA Group has announced an agreement with Latsco Direct Investments Cyprus Limited for the acquisition of 10% of the share capital of Nea Attiki Odos S.A.

Latsco Direct Investments Cyprus Limited, an investment arm of the Latsco Family Office, is involved in the transaction. The transaction price reflects a 15% premium over GEK TERNA's original committed investment in the project. The deal's completion is contingent on receiving necessary approvals and finalizing the process as outlined in the concession agreement.
