The African Development Bank seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified Long-Term individual consultants to assist investment officers to perform project appraisals in the sector of infrastructure and PPP.

The  service will include:

• Participate in the planning and execution of promotion and project identification missions
• Participate in the preliminary evaluation of project proposals to assess their feasibility for financial assistance and/or technical support by the Bank,
• Participate in the planning and execution of appraisal and fact-finding missions
• Prepare the preparation of project appraisal reports for internal presentation
• Participate in the due diligence and negotiation of financial documentation.

The duration of the service is estimated at 12 working months expected to be based in Tunis before the Bank's relocation and in Abidjan after the relocation with the possibility of extension. The commencement date is planned for beginning of February 2014.
