The AfDB has launched a RFEOI for the feasibility study of the Manakara Port Project PPP. The Republic of Madagascar has received funding from the African Development Bank Group to cover the cost the recruitment of a consultant to carry out the feasibility study of the project
The purpose of this mission is to provide the public entity with all the necessary elements for design and sizing of the project, as well as the assessment of the feasibility of the investment defined as follows: rehabilitation of the infrastructures of the port of Manakara with a view to estimated estimated traffic.
The consultant will define, in consultation with the public body, several options to compare with a view to selection of an optimal solution.
The Republic of Madagascar has published a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) for consultants interested in conducting a feasibility study of the project. Responses must be submitted by 13 July 2018
