Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority has launched a tender seeking financial, technical, and legal advisors to provide assistance for the modernization of the digital infrastructure of Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority. The project involves the design, build, finance, operate and maintenance of digital infrastructure and provide an internet network throughout Puerto Rico Island. The aim of the project is to allow better handling of information related to traffic conditions, road safety and emergency response.
The advisors will assist the authority in understanding the viability of the project as well as throughout the different stages of project development. The scope of works also involves the development of business cases, feasibility studies, drafting a desirability and convenience study as well as all financial aspects of the projects.
