Alberta Health Services (AHS) has selected an advisor for the Expansion of the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre (RDRHC) in Alberta, Canada.
The Red Deer hospital renewal project is part of the government’s overall commitment to increasing healthcare capacity across Alberta. The multi-year investment aims to increase the total number of in-patient beds from 370 to 570 by adding 200 beds, expand the number of operating rooms to 14 by including three new ones, and introduce a new cardiac catheterization lab.
AHS is investing US$1.8 billion for the renewal and expansion of RDRHC. The project is expected to be completed in 2030-2031.
