Addleshaw Goddard has continued its investment drive in Asia with the hire of Ton van den Bosch, who joins the firm's Singapore office as a partner in the Corporate team on 1 February 2019.
Ton joins from Ince & Co where he was Of Counsel as well as heading its global Terminals & Maritime Infrastructure practice and its Energy and Projects team in South and Southeast Asia. Ton's sector focus on Energy & Utilities, as well as on Transportation and Infrastructure, complement his experience in corporate, finance, restructuring, foreign investment and project development, bringing additional market-leading expertise to AG's already strong corporate offering.
Addleshaw Goddard's Asia practice has grown from one partner and paralegal in Singapore in 2012, to a total current complement of five partners, and c.35 other fee earners across Asia. Its corporate practice is now ranked in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2018, and has significant experience handling all forms of corporate, corporate finance and commercial transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Addleshaw Goddard also has a strong commercial litigation and international arbitration practice in the region.
