The Government of Uzbekistan, through the Tashkent City Municipality, is receiving Technical Assistance (TA) from the Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F) for the project preparation and tender support for an unsolicited proposal (USP) for the upgrade, operations, and maintenance of District Heating (DH) services in Tashkent under a lease or affermage structure. The TA will include assistance for direct negotiation or tender preparation and tender execution (as the case maybe under the PPP Law).
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is the mandated transaction advisor to the Government of Uzbekistan and will lead the preparation, negotiation, structuring, and procuring of the Project.
ADB is seeking the services of a Financial Modeler (International) (the Consultant) who will directly support the Client in carrying out its obligations as the Transaction Advisor. The main objectives of the Consultant’s assignment are to:
