The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has launched a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) for the development of elderly care PPPs in China.
The project involves the demonstration to transform the delivery service of Elderly Care Services in Yichang, Hubei, under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme. The program will serve as a demonstration for other local governments, and create more opportunities for ADB to finance inclusive and efficient service delivery in the PRC.
