Adani Group signs concessions for three Indian Airports

The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has signed concessions of Managaluru International Airport, Ahmedabad International Airport and Lucknow International Airport with subsidiaries of Adani Group. Adani Ahmedabad International Airport Limited, Adani Lucknow International Airport Limited and Adani Mangaluru International Airport Limited will be responsible for the airports in Ahmedabad, Lucknow, and Mangaluru respectively.

The concession includes the development, operations, and management of the airports for a period of 50 years. Adani group will pay INR 36 billion (US$ 502.20 million) as lease fees of the airports and will spend INR 60 billion (US$ 0.83 billion) on the development of the airports for the next seven years post takeover.
