Adani completes acquisition of 23.5% stake in Mumbai International airport

Adani Group has announced that it has completed the acquisition of a 23.5 % stake in Mumbai International Airport (MIAL) from Bidvest and ACSA Global. MIAL is responsible for modernizing and upgrading of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) in Mumbai.
