AD Ports Group has announced its acquisition of Noatum. The total purchase consideration for 100% ownership amounts to AED2.5 billion (US$680.15 million), implying an LTM EV/EBITDA of 4.6x, with LTM of AED 6.91 billion (US$1.88 billion) and EBITDA of AED555 million (US$151.07 million).
Noatum, which has its roots in 1963, is active in the logistics, maritime, and port terminals industries. It holds market-leading positions in Spain and Turkey and has a sizable presence in the US, the UK, China, and Southeast Asia. With offices and a large network of agents across the world, Noatum's worldwide Logistics business specializes in complete freight management, project logistics, contract logistics, international supply chain management, customs, and e-solutions.
