Acciona has signed two new construction contracts in Poland worth approximately EUR31 million (US$35.21 million).
The first contract involves the design and construction of a new residential and services building in the city of Poznań (western Poland) for Vantage Development. The contract is worth around EUR18.7 million (US$21.18 million) and also includes the internal gas installations and the remodeling of the exit onto Nalkowska street. The works are expected to be completed during the second half of 2024.
General Directorate for National Roads and Highways in Poland has also signed a contract with Acciona, for the design and construction of the north interchange with the Opatów ring road. The EUR12.40 million (US$14.08 million) contract also includes the construction of a three-kilometer road, as well as access roads to connect the adjoining neighborhoods and two roundabouts. This new junction will improve road safety for the residents of Opatów and its surrounding areas.
