Accenture has announced that it completed its acquisition of Anser Advisory, an advisory and management company for infrastructure projects in the United States, from Sterling Investment Partners.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed. The transaction strengthens Accenture's capacity to assist businesses and governmental bodies at the state and local levels in executing substantial, extended infrastructure undertakings with predictability and efficiency. These projects not only foster client growth but also bring about favorable outcomes for communities. This step broadens Accenture's capabilities in capital projects and was initially disclosed on June 21, 2023. Anser Advisory offers a range of services encompassing advisory, compliance and management.
