Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) of UAE has launched two expressions of interest (EOI) seeking private partners for two infrastructure public-private partnership (PPP) projects. These projects are following:

• Development of three schools with a capacity of 5,360 students in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. The project will be procured under the design, build, finance, maintenance, and transfer (DBFOT) model. The concession period is 22 years including 2 years of construction.
• Phase 2 of road lighting replacement in Abu Dhabi. This project will involve the replacement of approximately 140,000 streetlights with energy-efficient LED technology, which will reduce the power consumption by 76%. The concession period for this project is 12 years.

The deadlines to submit the responses are 1) April 26, 2021 for the Schools PPP project and 2) May 3, 2021 for the Street Lighting project.
