Abertis is to acquire 49.99% minority stake in Túnels Barcelona Cadí from Ardian. Túnels Barcelona Cadí company controls the main tunnels of the Generalitat, which departure from Barcelona through the Vallvidrera and Cadí area and ends at Cerdanya. Abertis already owns 50.01% majority stake in the company.
The 49.99% stake value is EUR 110 million (US$ 121.33 million).
