The 6th UNECE International PPP Forum will take place on 4-6 May 2022 in Barcelona, Spain. The event will focus on the role of the People-first PPP approach for the SDGs in Delivering Sustainable Infrastructure to Accelerate the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
The Forum is co-organized by UNECE and IESE Business School Barcelona, with the support of the Barcelona City Council. The 3-day hybrid event will be attended both in-person and online and will feature experts and practitioners from a wide range of sectors and industries, whose contribution will highlight the role of People-first PPPs in implementing vital infrastructure projects to achieve value for people and value for the planet.
InfraPPP partner, WAPPP, a global non-governmental organization based in Geneva, will participate in the plenary session of the second day dedicated to "PPPs and the Climate Challenge". Other plenary sessions and discussions will cover topics such as Green Procurement, Blue Economy and Circular Economy, PPPs and Digital Transformation, PPPs for cities, etc.
