The Ministry of Public Works and Communication has announced a 60% progress on Lot 5 of the PY09 Transchaco route in Paraguay.

The project is one of the highest investments in an urban area for the rehabilitation and maintenance of the PY09 route.

The company Concret Mix is responsible for the project and is expected to construct a 3.37 km in length and 8 m wide asphalt road in two directions, connecting 3 existing roundabouts in the area. Lighting with solar panels, drainage ditches, steps and pedestrian crossings is also in the plan on the PY09 route (385.7 km to 390 km).
