The Ministry of Transport and Communications in the Republic of Belarus has shortlisted four consortia for reconstruction and maintenance of the M-10 “Border of the Russian Federation (Selishche) - Gomel - Kobrin km 109.9 - km 195.15” on the principles of public-private partnership (PPP).

The shortlisted consortia are :
