The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) has received three proposals for 700 km repair work of local roads private-public partnership (PPP) project in Guaira, Paraguay.
Among the interested companies are the following: Comacc S.A, Construpar S.A, Chavez Constructions S.A.I., Black S.A., Miguel Angel Chavez Hausman, RMM Construction Company Limited, Teco Limited Liability Company, Hugo Navarro Ruiz Diaz, Alpha and Omega S.A., Ybytyrusu Consortium, Construction Initiatives Limited, Caldetec Engineering S.R.L., August Ortellado Narvaez, Tocsa S.A., Paraguayan Housing Constructions S.A., Compañía de Construcciones Civiles S.A., Tecnoedil S.A. Constructora, Wheel. Co. S.A., Carlos Vicente Gueyraud Caballero, Consorcio ACSA, Construsaci Servicios de Actividades Comerciales and Industriales Sociedad Anónima, J.L. y Compañía Sociedad Anónima, Constructora Feldmann S.A., Luis Rodrigo Bóveda Samaniego, Caminos Paraguayos S.A., Constructora Isacio Vallejos S.A., Controllity Sociedad Anónima, Construmaq Sur S.R.L and ODER Sociedad Anónima.
The tender is composed of three lots: Lot 1 comprises a total of 218.52 km; Lot 2 covers 201.10 km; while Lot 3 plans to improve 281.10 km, the estimated investment amount for the contract is approximately PYG10,884,487,103 (US$1.5million).
