The state of Sao Paulo has received 21 EoIs to study the feasibility of a PPP for 6 justice buildings.

The deadline for submissions of the feasibility study closes on September 2.

The total compensation for the selected authors of the studies will be R$2,500,000.00 (US$1.17 million).

The state has informed that concession period would be 25 years and the annual payment will be around R$24,900,000.00 (US$10.7 million).
