The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) in California, USA has received 14 bids for the San Francisco Southeast Water Pollution Control Plant (SEP) Biogas Utilization project. The project involves the successful implementation of all elements of a Biogas Utilization Project including financing, design, construction, operation, maintenance and revenue generation.
