14 in for Pennsylvania Turnpike tunnel system rehabilitation P3 project
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s (PennDOT) P3 Office has received 14 responses to a request for information (RFI) launched for its Turnpike tunnel system rehabilitation project.
In January 2019, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) has launched an RFI to gather feedback and information related to development, design, construction, finance, and maintenance of the Pennsylvania Turnpike tunnels and tunnel systems.
The Commission considers the development and modernization of the project through a public-private partnership (P3) scheme.
