HART has awarded a contract  for General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to CH2M Hill, Inc. The $46.1 million five‐year contract covers oversight  support for design review, scheduling and cost estimating, environmental and  planning and interface management as the project moves forward. The new GEC contract replaces the previous GEC II contract with Parsons Brinckerhoff
