Winning bid for Chilean reservoir PPP announced
It has been announced that the economic bids submitted in the tender for the Las Palmas Reservoir project in the Valparaíso Region of Chile have been opened. The best offer corresponded to the consortium China Harbor Engineering (Chec) with a investment estimate of CLF263,000 (US$11.5 million) for the construction and CLF97,400 (US$4.3 million) for the operation, which implies a little more than half of the maximum funding offered by the State.
