Welsh Government has published a prior information notice (PIN) to hire legal, financial and insurance advisors for two major infrastructure schemes under the the non-profit distributing (NPD) model.

The two infrastructure schemes are the following:

• A465 sections 5 & 6 NPD project
• Velindre Cancer Campus

The Welsh Government, on behalf of Welsh Ministers, wishes to establish a framework with three separate, single supplier lots, for legal, financial and insurance services to advise on and support the development and implementation of these two NPD schemes, in the first instance.

The indicative value of each lot of the framework is up £4 million (US$6.2 million) for legal services, up to £4 million (US$6.2 million) for financial services and up to £1 million (US$1.54 million) for insurance services.

Interested parties must register their interest for each lot (separately) on or before 15 May 2015.
