Austria's capital, Vienna, has launched a tender process to select developers for the construction of an education campus public private partnership (PPP) project.
The project involves the development of a kindergarten, an elementary school, 2 gyms, a youth centre and a music school, among others.
It is expected that 6 teams will be shortlisted. The contract is scheduled to start in January 2016 and to finish in August 2042.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 4 December 2014.
Vienna, with a population of about 1.757 million (2.4 million within the metropolitan area), is the capital and the largest city of Austria. It is the 7th-largest city by population within city limits in the European Union.
