Valle Umbra Servizi seeks private partner for waste treatment plant

Public authority Valle Umbra Servizi has launched a tender process to develop and operate the Camposalese waste treatment plant in Spoleto, a city in the Italian province of Perugia.

Located in Camposalese, the project will be developed under the public private partnership (PPP) model. The selected bidder will have to design, build, finance operate and maintenance the new facility during the concession period.

The total project investment is estimated at approximately €8.6 million (US$9.73 million).

Spoleto is an ancient city in the Italian province of Perugia in east central Umbria on a foothill of the Apennines. It is has a population of approximately 40.000 inhabitants.

Interested parties must submit their applications, in Italian, on of before March 5, 2016.
