USD33 million Contract signed for the construction of Rail Flyover in India
GPT Infraprojects has signed a INR2.7 billion (US$ 33.09 million) contract with Bridge & Roof Company for the construction of a rail flyover (RFO) in Uttar Pradesh, India.
The development is under Allahabad-Bamhrauli's fourth line. Under the contract, GPT will be responsible for the construction of the project which includes earthwork, pile foundation, composite steel girder, reinforced cement concrete (RCC) deck slabs, road overbridge (ROB), utilities shifting, and other related tasks for the construction of RFO-2 (Phase 2). The work is under the North Central Railway (NCR) region of Indian Railways (IR).
