US state governor signs P3 legislation

The Governor of New Jersey, a state in the north-east of the USA, has signed bipartisan legislation establishing a framework for the execution of public-private partnership (P3) agreements in the state.

The approved not-to-exceed value of the contract is over US$2 billion.
