University of Toronto seeks transaction advisor for P3 project

The University of Toronto Scarborough (UTSC) plans to build a new student life residence to be located on the North Campus of the University through a PPP project.

The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operate and maintain basis.

On February 7, 2014, the University of Toronto Scarborough Financial services launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite interested parties to submit offers for providing professional services to provide an assessment on procurement for the project.

The deadline is March 3, 2014, 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time EST.

The University seeks a qualified company that would provide an assessment of procurement models in order to prepare an RFP demonstrating related experience to achieve expressing the University's goals.

The UCTS is a satellite campus of the University of Toronto. Based in the Scarborough district of Toronto, Ontario, the campus was established in 1964 as Scarborough College, a constituent college of the Faculty of Arts and Science. The college expanded into a mid-sized university following its designation as an autonomic division of the university in 1972.
