The University of East London is seeking private developers to carry out a new University building through a PFI project in London Borough of Newham, England.
The project comprises the replacement of the facilities and operations currently delivered within a temporary building, with new built space from which these same operations and facilities, along with others, can be delivered.
It is anticipated that this space, of no less than 4 500 m2, will be provided at minimal or no cost to the University, by a developer who uses land provided by the University, to generate sufficient commercial return to satisfy both its own and the University's needs.
The total cost of the project will stand from £25 million (US$32 million) to £35 million (US$45 million).
The deadline for submitting proposals is August 18th before 12:00 (local hour).
