Union Railway is the UAE's company that manages the development, construction and operation of the UAE's national railway.Richard Bowker, Union Railway's CEO, gave a speech at MEED Abu Dhabi's rail conference on September 28th. He talked about the progress they are doing to carry out the 1500 Km rail network.
