UK tenders third batch of Priority School PPP programme

Following the Priority School Building Programme (PSBP) bidders' day for the North West batch on Wednesday 23 October, the UK Department for Education dispatched the tender process to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) on 6 November.

The UK Department for Education said the following documents are now available on request:

  • pre-qualification questionnaire
  • descriptive document
  • redacted outline business case

The department also said that the complete set of the presentation slides from Bidders' Day are also available on request.

Responses to the pre-qualification questionnaire are required by 9.00 am on 9 December 2013. The last day for requests for the documents is noon on Monday 2 December 2013 and for receipt of clarifications is noon on Wednesday 4 December 2013.

Queries will be responded to on Mondays and Thursdays at 5.00pm, starting on 11 November, in the form of a 'Bulletin' emailed to all those registered with the EFA as having received these documents.

The PSBP North West private finance batch comprises 12 schools including 2 first schools, The Deanery Church of England High School and Sixth Form Centre in Wigan and Plymouth Grove Primary school in Manchester.
