Town in Poland launches car park concession

Gmina Władysławowo, an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in northern Poland, has launched a tender process for a car park concession.

The car park project will be developed under the public private partnership (PPP) model. It comprises the development of a parking for cars and buses and the reconstruction of the exit road, among others. The new facilities will have capacity for 60 vehicles including 3 places for buses and 4 places for disabled people.

The preferred bidder will be responsible for the construction of the parking during a period of 12 months as well as the operation and maintenance of the facilities during the 15 year concession period.

Gmina Władysławowo is an urban-rural gmina in Puck County,Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the town of Władysławowo. The gmina covers an area of 39.22 km2 and has a population of approximately 15,500 inhabitants.

Interested parties must submit their applications, in Polish, on or before March 11, 2016.
