The Government of Timor-Leste, through the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and the PPP Unit of the Ministry of Finance, has launched a request for expressions of interest (RFEOI) for the Petroleum House building PPP project.
Petroleum House is proposed as an office hub for the government and the petroleum industry to serve as a centre for national and international petroleum commercial activities. The land for the Petroleum House will be located in an urban and privileged location in Dili, Timor-Leste. The new building is expected to have and area of 6000 m2, with possibility for extension.
The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, and maintain (DBFM) basis
Interested parties must submit their expressions of interest on or before 31 October 2014.

There is another PPP project in tender stage in Timor Leste, the Tibar Bay Port project. The project involves the design, construction, finance and operation for a period of 30 years of a 600 meter wharf. In March this year 4 teams were shortlisted.
