Three teams shortlisted for Ireland School PPP Bundles 4 and 5

The Irish National Development Finance Agency (NFDA) has announced that it received five Expressions of Interest for Schools PPP Bundles 4 and 5  in July 2013.

The NFDA said that following evaluation, the following candidates were shortlisted on 4 November 2013 to receive an Invitation to Negotiate for Schools PPP Bundles 4 and 5 (subject to the requirements of the Project Information Memorandum):

Amber Education Partnership: BAM PPP PGGMInspired SpacesEach of the Bundles has an estimated investment of €65 million. Bundle 4 comprises the design, build, finance and maintenance of 6 schools on 5 sites. Bundle 5 comprises the design, build, finance and maintenance of 6 schools on 4 sites.It is anticipated that each project will be a Public Private Partnership of 25 years' duration from service commencement date. It is expected that each project will be funded by private funding and payment will be by monthly unitary payment subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The NDFA intends to use its Template Project Agreement as the form of contract for each project, with some amendments to reflect prevailing market conditions.
