Colombia's National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) has announced that 3 teams bid for the Sea highway 2 "Autopista al Mar 2", belonging to the Autopistas para la Prosperidad highway project package.
The estimated investment for the project is 1.57 billion pesos (US$812 million).
This project seeks to improve the connection of the city of Uraba Medellin and the Pacific Coast.
This concession includes 139Km, 27 tunnels and 51 bridges. It includes the following road stretches: Cañasgordas - Uramita; Variante Fuemia; Túnel de Fuemia; Debeiba - Mutatá and Mutatá - El Tigre.
The PPP concession contract cover studies and final designs, financing, environmental management, construction, renovation, operation and maintenance.
