The Government of the Philippines has launched two invitation of bids for two work packages for the South Commuter Railway project. The project is being financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
The first tender notice is seeking a private contractor to complete construction of : Tunnels (Shield Tunnel and Cut-and-Cover method); One (1) combined At-Grade Station and Underground Station; Design and Build of the Building Works of the Underground Station; Design and Build of the Mechanical and Electrical Works of the Underground Station; West Station Plaza and a Pedestrian passage connecting from the underground station to West Station Plaza; and other Civil works.
