Tender launched for training centers in Bergheim on PPP

The Rhein-Erft-Kreis, district in the west of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany has launched the tender process for the construction of new professional training centers in the town of Bergheim.

The new facility will offer training in the in the fields of nutrition, social care and healthcare, including the following installations:
- New building of professional collegiate,
- Outdoor and recreational facilities (including pitches),
- Two-axis sports hall.

The PPP project includes the planning, construction, financing and maintenance over a period of 25 years
The construction of the Bergheim centers will be designed so that the subsequent extension of a second phase of construction is possible. 

The deadline for interested bidders to submit their proposals is on October 24 before 12:00 pm (local time).
