Vallat Partenaires SA, a Swiss public firm that procures and manages public PPP projects and located at Gland, has launched a tender process for the development of an underground car park at the town of Yverdon -les- Bains.
The municipality intends to build an underground parking with hundreds of spaces for cars on several levels and over 150 parking spaces for bicycles under a public -private partnership (PPP).
This call for applications is the first step in the selection process leading to the selection of a private partner with whom the municipality of Yverdon -les- Bains wishes to enter into a PPP agreement.
The outdoor complex located on the underground car park and around it will be the responsibility of the municipality.
The companies selected for the second round will have to submit a feasibility study and detailed design project. Applicants whose feasibility study is considered admissible receive CHF 15,000. Candidates who submit an admissible project will receive CHF 25,000.
At the end of the second round of selection, candidates must submit a bid for the 40-year PPP contract. Then a third round will take place.
Time limit for receipt of requests to participate is 10 March 2014.
