Tender launched for student residence P3 in Manitoba

St. Paul’s College at the University of Manitoba Fort Garry Campus, Canada, has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking interested developers for the design, build, financing, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) of a Student Residence on P3 model

St. Paul’s College is seeking to develop high-quality accommodations that are aligned with current expectations among university students and which are comparable to the quality standards of other modern residences located at the University of Manitoba.

St. Paul's College is a Roman Catholic College on the Fort Garry campus of the University of Manitoba and is the major Catholic higher education institution in the Province of Manitoba.

Interested bidders must submit their proposals on or before December, 1st, 2016, 3PM (local hour).
