The city of Le Marin, located in the department of Martinique, has announced a tender process for the financing and construction and/or reconstruction, energy management and maintenance of its public lighting system.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 24 October 2013.

Financial and commercial close for 620 million Marseille bypass
The 30-year PPP (Public Private Partnership) contract includes financing, design, construction, maintenance and renewal of the infrastructure and equipment.
