Tender launched for Polish waste PPP project
Skarżysko-Kamienna, a town in northern Świ?tokrzyskie Voivodeship, in Poland, has issued the contract notice for a municipal waste PPP project.
The project involves the development of a new facility to process the municipal solid waste. Specifically the project will include:
- the construction of the installations for processing municipal solid waste; and
- the construction of a composting plant;
The project will be developed on a design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) basis. The contract period will be between 20 and 30 years.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate, in Polish, on or before 15 December 2014.

Another town in Poland, Krzywi?, has recently launched a waste PPP project to develop a new sewage treatment plant. Interested parties must submit their requests to participate on or before 7 November this year.
