Orbassano, a commune in the Province of Turin (Italy), has launched a tender process to redevelop the Leonardo Da Vinci school though a PPP project.
The civic PPP project includes the design, redevelopment, financing and maintenance of the facilities for a period of 20 years. The building will hold the Town Hall.
The total project investment is estimated at €7 million (US$7.74 million).
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 25 September 2015.
Orbassano is located about 15 km southwest of Turin. It has a population of approximately 23,000 inhabitants.
Earlier this month the Livorno Port Authority launched a tender process to select a private partner to operate and maintain a ferry terminal through a concession agreement. Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 4 September 2015.
