Tender launched for hotel PPP project in Poland

Gorczańskie Wody Termalne has launched a tender process to carry out an hotel through the public private partnership (PPP) model in Poręba Wielka, Poland.

Gorczańskie Wody Termalne’s shareholders are Limanowski District, the Town of Mszana Dolna, the Mszana Dolna Commune and the Niedźwiedź Commune. 

The project involves the development of a thermal complex, a hotel and all the associated facilities. The purpose of the investment project is to build a recreation centre with geothermal swimming pools and facilities offering various sports attractions, basing on the exploitation of the existing thermal brine situated in Poręba Wielka.

The concession has an estimated value of €5.225 million (US$5.9 million).

Poręba Wielka is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Niedźwiedź in southern Poland. It has a population of approximately 2100 inhabitants.

Interested parties must submit their applications in Polish on or before July 4, 2016.
