Infrastructure Ontario and Niagara Health have issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking private partner to design, build, finance, and maintain the South Niagara Hospital PPP Project.
The new state-of-the-art facility involves the creation of Centres of Excellence in stroke, complex care, geriatric psychiatry and aging and wellness. The project will have a senior’s focus embedded into all aspects of the design. The project is working towards becoming the first WELL certified healthcare facility in Canada, improving the work-life experience for our staff and physicians, and enhancing the well-being of all who use the building.
Shortlisted teams will then be invited to respond to requests for proposals, expected to be released in fall 2021.
The deadline to submit the qualifications is April 06, 2021. You can find more information about this RFQ on our business opportunity page here.
